2．You are fully responsible for account and password security. All actions under your account are deemed your own conduct, and you bear all legal liabilities. The platform is not liable for theft, disclosure, or unauthorized use caused by your fault. Immediately report abnormal use to the platform.
3．Lending, renting, transferring, or selling accounts is strictly prohibited. The platform may restrict, suspend, or ban accounts with abnormal logins, cheating, infringement, or violations without prior notice.
You undertake to comply with laws, regulations, and public order and good morals, and shall not:
1．Create, copy, post, or disseminate content illegal, harmful to national interests, undermining national unity, promoting cults, false, obscene, violent, terrorist, or infringing reputation, portrait, or privacy rights.
2．Conduct cyberattacks, system intrusion, malware distribution, spamming, or unfair competition that disrupts platform operation.
3．You bear full legal liability for User Content you upload, post, or store, and warrant full legal rights or sufficient authorization to avoid third-party infringement.
4．The platform may review and monitor User Content in accordance with laws and this Agreement. Upon violations, the platform may delete, block, remove, restrict accounts, suspend services, and report as required. Management does not constitute endorsement or relieve your liability.
1．The platform strives to maintain stability but does not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free, or risk‑free services. You understand and voluntarily accept all risks of internet services.
2．The platform may temporarily interrupt services for maintenance, upgrades, or server updates with prior notice where possible, without liability for normal suspension.
3．The platform is not liable for failures caused by force majeure, telecom issues, third-party faults, your device problems, network congestion, viruses, or hacker attacks.
4．The platform may adjust, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion without compensation to you or third parties, except as mandatorily required by law.
1．All content on the platform, including software, code, technology, interfaces, images, designs, trademarks, data, and documents (“Platform Content”), is owned by the platform or respective obligees. You may not copy, modify, compile, distribute, commercially use, reverse engineer, or crack without written permission.
2．You own your User Content. You grant the platform a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, display, disseminate, and distribute User Content for service provision, promotion, and improvement.
1．The platform attaches great importance to personal information and privacy security. Please refer to the platform’s Privacy Policy for rules on collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
2．The platform adopts reasonable technical and management measures to protect information but does not guarantee absolute security. You shall also properly safeguard your account, password, and personal data.
3．The platform will not provide, sell, share, or transfer personal information to third parties without consent except as required by laws, authorities, contract performance, or protection of legitimate rights and interests.
1．The platform provides services without any express or implied warranties, including fitness, safety, accuracy, or reliability.
2．To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the services, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputational damage.
1．You may terminate this Agreement by deregistering your account via official procedures; your information will be handled lawfully thereafter.
2．The platform may unilaterally suspend or terminate services and deregister accounts if you breach this Agreement, and reserves the right to pursue legal liabilities.
3．Clauses regarding intellectual property, privacy protection, disclaimer, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
1．The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes hereunder shall all be governed by local laws.
2．Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, either party may file a lawsuit in the competent people’s court in the place where the platform operator is located.
3．Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the validity or interpretation of clauses.
4．This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements. Invalidity of any part shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
